FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you locally owned and operated?
Yes, we are local SLO County residents operating on the Central Coast since 1988.
Does Trombley Painting Company have suitable references?
Is Trombley Painting Company insured?
Yes. Our company is licensed, bonded and insured. You can rest easy knowing we will stand behind our work!
Do you offer warranties for your work?
Trombley Painting Company warrants all labor and materials for a period of three (3) years. If paint failure appears due to contractor’s negligence, we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied. Our responsibility is limited to correcting the conditions as indicated. (Does not apply to decks.)
What does the Lifetime Extended Warranty cover and how much does it cost?
Cost: $150/year
Most paint failures occur due to lack of proper care; broken sprinkler heads, paint chalking, contaminates, waxing, damaged siding, broken or clogged gutters, mold or mildew, damaged roofing, clogged window drainage holes, etc. can all decrease the life of your exterior siding or paint job.
Once per year, Trombley Painting Company will power wash your home, perform a thorough inspection, and bring any issues to your attention. An inspection report will be mailed to you along with an invoice. If the issues are not related to paint failure, we will offer to repair items/damage for minimal cost.
Our service gives you the peace of mind knowing that your paint job will last for as long as you own your home. (Warranty is non-transferable and becomes void with a change of ownership.)
Will I deal directly with the owner or a sales rep?
Our owner, Steve Trombley, will meet with you to give you a FREE inspection and quote. He takes pride in supporting his customers for the duration of your project. To speak with him directly, you may call (805) 423-1414.
