We scrape and sand any failing paint, prime bare wood and metal, caulk gaps, and apply two coats of Sherwin-Williams Pro exterior paint. Carpentry and significant siding repair are subbed to a trusted local contractor when needed. Pressure washing is included in every exterior quote.

A repainted front door is the cheapest, fastest curb-appeal upgrade you can make. We sand, prime, and apply two coats of high-gloss exterior enamel in your color choice. Most front doors are completed in a single day. Often included as part of a full exterior project, but available as a standalone service.

Steel and aluminum garage doors take a beating from sun and weather. We pressure wash, sand any rust, prime, and apply two coats of exterior enamel formulated for metal. Gutters and downspouts can be painted to match your trim or siding for a uniform exterior look. We sand any rust, prime bare metal with an anti-corrosion primer, and apply two coats of exterior enamel formulated for metal. Coastal homes get extra rust prevention.

Outdoor handrails take direct sun, rain, and constant hand contact, which makes them a high-wear item. We sand, prime, and apply two coats of exterior enamel rated for high-touch surfaces. Wood handrails can also be stained instead of painted if you prefer the natural grain look.

A complete repaint serves most homes better, because a half-painted house ages unevenly, and the new sections make the old ones look worse than before. When you are repainting because the whole exterior is due, doing it all at once costs less per square foot, and the finish ages as one.

That said, a full repaint is not always the right call. If you only need part of the house addressed, we will tell you honestly whether a partial project makes sense. We do partial work on request, and we handle maintenance and touch-ups on homes we have painted before, where we already know the products, the colors, and the prep that went into the original job.

A full project includes pressure washing, prep on all surfaces, scraping and sanding any failing paint, priming bare wood and metal, caulking gaps, and applying two coats of Sherwin-Williams Pro on every surface. Front doors, garage doors, handrails, and trim are all included.
